By using the Website, you agree to be bound by the Terms as a registered or guest user as defined by the eligibility criteria set forth herein ("User"). Please read them carefully, as your continued use of the Website will indicate your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not wish to be bound by the Terms, you may not subscribe to or use the Site or our Services. 

1.2 By implicitly or expressly accepting these Terms, you also accept and agree to be bound by the sourcing door Policies (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy available at https://sourcingdoor.com/t/PrivacyInfo) as amended from time to time. 

1.3 In these Terms, references to "you" and "user" refer to the end user/customer accessing the Website and its content and using the services offered through the Website. References to the "Website", "sourcing door", "sourcingdoor.com", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the Website and/or sourcing door Limited. 

1.4 The contents set forth herein constitute an electronic record within the meaning of Information & Communication Technology Act, 2006 (তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তিআইন, ২০০৬) and the corresponding regulations as amended from time to time. As such, this document does not require any physical or digital signatures and constitutes a valid and binding agreement between the Website and the User. 

1.5 The Website is operated by Sourcingdoor, a company incorporated under the laws of Bangladesh with its registered office at Dhaka, Bangladesh. All references to the Website in these Terms shall be deemed to be references to the aforementioned company incorporating the Online Portal. 

1.6 This Website may also contain links to other websites that are not operated by Sourcingdoor, and Sourcingdoor has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the linked websites or for any loss or damage that may result from your use of them. Your use of the linked websites is subject to the Terms of Use and Service contained on each such website. 

1.7 We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective when posted on the Website. By continuing to use the Website after we have posted such changes, you accept the changed terms. 

1.8 These Terms will continue until terminated by either you or sourcing door in accordance with the terms set out below: 

1.9 The Agreement with sourcing door may be terminated by (i) no longer accessing the Website or (ii) closing your account, if such option has been made available to you. 

1.10 Notwithstanding the foregoing, the provisions set forth in these Terms that by their nature are intended to survive termination shall survive the termination/expiration of this Agreement. 

2. Eligibility 

2.1 The use of the Website is available only to those persons who can lawfully contract under the Contract Act, 1872. 

2.2 If you are a minor, i.e. under the age of 18, you may not register as a user of Sourcingdoor.com and may not conduct any transactions on or use the Website. If you are a minor and wish to use or transact on a Website, such use or transaction may be made on the Website by your legal guardian or parent. Sourcing door reserves the right to terminate your membership and/or deny you access to the Website if sourcing door becomes aware or if it is determined that you are under the age of 18. 

2.3 By accepting the Terms or using or transacting any business on the Website, the User irrevocably represents and warrants that he/she is of legal age, i.e. 18 years of age or older, and is capable of entering into a binding contract, and such use shall be deemed to be a formation of a contract between the Website and such User to the extent permitted by applicable law. 

2.4 The use of the services offered through the Website is only possible if the User's address to which the product(s) is to be delivered is located within Dhaka City, Bangladesh. Subject to the above, if the user gives a convenient time and sourcing door will send the products during that time. 

3. Communication 

3.1 When you use Sourcingdoor.com or contact us by phone or email, you agree that we may send you communications. You authorize us to communicate with you by email, text message, telephone call, or by posting notices on the Site or by any other means.

 

4. Your account and responsibilities 

4.1 Any person may access the Website by either registering on the Website or using the Website as a Guest. However, a guest user may not have access to all areas of the Website, including certain benefits/promotions that are reserved for registered users only, which may change from time to time at the sole discretion of the Website. 

4.2 If you wish to register your account on the Website, you must create an account by registering with a valid Bangladeshi cell phone number and/or with your email address or Facebook account, or by providing the information prescribed in the Website's registration form. You will then set a password or a unique PIN, which you can use to log in to the website to place orders. 

4.3 If you use the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your username, and you must restrict access to your computer or cell phone to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You should notify us immediately if you have reason to believe that your password has become known to another person or if the password is or may be used in an unauthorized manner. You agree that we have the right to suspend or terminate your membership on the Site if you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or does not comply with these Terms of Use. 

4.4 The Website may be inaccessible for reasons sourcing door deems necessary in its sole discretion, including but not limited to regular maintenance. However, under no circumstances shall sourcing door be liable for any loss or claim arising from such inaccessibility to Users and Users expressly waive any claim against www.sourcingdoor.com in this regard. 

4.5 Sourcing Door as a platform does not support or promote multiple accounts belonging to a single User, including with different mobile numbers, and reserves the right to restrict, deactivate or disable any account that may fall under any type of abuse of the Service.

 

5. Fees 

5.1 Membership on the Website is free of charge for Users. Sourcing door does not charge any fees for browsing and purchasing on the Website. Sourcing door reserves the right to change its fees policy from time to time. In particular, Sourcing door may introduce new services and change some or all of the services offered on the Website at its sole discretion. In such event, Sourcing door reserves the right to introduce fees for the newly offered services or change/introduce fees for existing services, as the case may be. Changes to the Fee Policy will be posted on the Website and such changes will automatically take effect immediately upon posting on the Website.

6.1 The material contained on sourcingdoor.com (including the Content and any other content, software or services) is the property of Sourcing door Limited, its subsidiaries, affiliates and/or third party licensors. No material on this website may be copied, reproduced, republished, installed, posted, transmitted, stored or distributed without the written permission of Sourcing door Limited. 

6.2 You may not use any "deep-link", "page-scrape", "robot", "spider" or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Website or any Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Website or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Website. We reserve the right to stop any such activity.

9. Modifications 

9.1 Sourcing door reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on Sourcingdoor.com. You are responsible for the reviewing such modifications. Your continued access or use of Sourcingdoor.com shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.   

10. Buyer

10.1 As a buyer you are independent to choose any product or service for your buying decision. As a buyer you need to open an account with the required information set by sourcingdoor.com

11. Supplier

11.1 If you are a supplier then to be a register member you have to submit real and up to date business documents which is authorized by the government concern agencies. As a supplier you are abide to follow the rules and regulations set by www.sourcingdoor.com ltd and as per the law of Bangladesh.

11.2 To enlist as a supplier you have to provide your necessary information set by sourcingdoor.com and have to fill the registration form https://sourcingdoor.com/register. After fill the form you will get a mail in your given mail ID which you have to click the link given by sourcingdoor.com.

11.3 After click the mail link you will get a Seller Dash board https://sourcingdoor.com/vendor/dashboard. in this Dash board you will get Account settings option https://sourcingdoor.com/vendor/settings  where you have to input all necessary business information set by sourcingdoor.com. You have to upload some document as an attachment to justify you as a valid supplier. 

11.4 To sell your product; you need to click  Add product where https://sourcingdoor.com/vendor/products/create you have to fill the form with accurate product information and upload exact products image with all necessary information so that buyer can take the decision to buy your products.

11.5 If you upload any product which is not legal, stolen, prohibited or not suitable with the product description then as a supplier you will be liable for that. As per the local/international law you will be accused for that and Buyer/Sourcingdoor.com/Law enforcing agency can take actions against of you. Sourcingdoor.com Ltd will not take any responsibilities for the illegal, stolen, prohibited and other products displayed by you in this website.

12. Agent

12.1 To be an Agent of Sourcingdoor.com, you have to fill the form https://sourcingdoor.com/agent/register with the required information. As an Agent you have to work commission basis.

12.2 Commission rate will be fix by Sourcingdoor.com internal policy and this rate can be changed anytime as per the management decision.

12.3 Your commission will be paid monthly basis by any payment method convenient by the company.  

12.4 Sourcingdoor.com reserve the right to terminate you as an Agent anytime without any notice.  

13. Request For Quotation (RFQ)

13.1 As a buyer by Log In to your Sorcingdoor.com account, you can create RFQ in https://rfq.sourcingdoor.com/rfqs/create  any category as per your requirements. In RFQ segment as a buyer you will get unlimited supplier to quote your required product quotations. As a buyer you are liable to create an authentic RFQ which can help seller to sell their product to you. You need to keep in mind that your RFQ will be visible in www.sourcingdoor.com RFQ segment what can be seen by everyone from all over the world. 

13.2 In RFQ page as a buyer you can post any RFQ which you need. If you create any fake or illegals RFQ post which is not supporting the business or against of the Sourcingdoor.com Ltd company policy or against of law then the creator of that RFQ post will be accused for that and will be punished as per the appropriate law of Bangladesh.

13.3 As a supplier you will get unlimited buyers for your business segment from https://rfq.sourcingdoor.com/ RFQ page. You can select your specific location of the business and can select the category of the product which you are dealing with. This RFQ page will be your customer hub to grab the business 24/7. 

13.4 As a supplier you can send the quotation to the buyer  and you will be able to see other supplier's price what they offer against of that RFQ. It is your time to enter a challenging era to bid a RFQ to get the order. 

14. Cyber security

 14.1 With the technological advancement cyber attack or hacking is a threating issue for the digital world. Since www.sourcingdoor.com is an E-commerce platform therefore our website is not out of that threat. we are strongly protected by our cyber security expert but anytime any kind of unwanted situation can be occurred for which www.sourcingdoor.com data (personal or business) can be affected or lost or stolen and in that case Sourcingdoor.com Ltd will not be liable for those unwanted circumstances. 

15. Technical problem

15.1 Since, it is a software based platform therefore any time any unwanted situation may occur. We are always aware of our reputation but anytime we may face unexpected problems for which sourcingdoor.com will be not liable.
