By registering as a Buyer or Supplier; you are agree to solve any problem which may raise from the Buyer and Supplier. As a free platform both buyer and seller will be benefited from this website. As a B2B2C company www.sourcingdoor.com is not liable for any return of the goods or refund the money of the product but we can help to solve the issue if buyer/supplier involve us. 

Please read the following statement to learn about the refund policy.

1. Verified supplier

1.1 As an enlisted supplier of (www.sourcingdoo.com) B2B2C E-commerce company all verified suppliers will help to solve any dispute raised by the buyer. If you found any problem related to quality, quantity, packaging, damaged goods or unsatisfied product which does not meet your requirements then you can contact to the supplier directly to return that product, but as a buyer you have to bear the courier or transport cost of that product. If it is cash on delivery then you have no hassle to get the money back from the supplier. If payment is done before the delivery then supplier will return the paid amount by 7 banking days to the buyer. 

2. Non-verified suppliers

2.1 For the non-verified suppliers  as free platform www.sourcingdoor.com is not liable for any return of the goods or refund the money of the product. It will depend in between buyer and seller to solve the issue mutually. www.sourcingdoor.com may assist to resolve the issue if it is convenient to interfere. 

3. Sourcingdoor.com is a open source E-commerce platform for buyer and seller. After confirming any deal buyer and supplier has to settle the payment by themself. As an open source platform we are not liable about any payment related matter. In this case buyer and seller has to take the responsibilities about the goods quality, quantity, handover and the value of the goods.

3.1 In any circumstances we are not liable for any payment related issue if it's not settled between buyer and seller.
